How the Bug Buster filtration works

The Bug Buster systems use a multi-stage filtration process to deliver clean and safe water. Each stage is carefully designed to target specific impurities, ensuring superior water quality while protecting your filtration system for long-term performance.

Stage 1

Filters large particles
20 Micron Filter

Your water flows through the gradient density 50 down to 20 micron polyspun filter first. This filter removes larger particles like dirt, rust, and sediment, improving water clarity and protecting the following filters. This stage ensures smoother system operation and reduces wear, enhancing the lifespan of the entire filtration system.

Stage 2

Filters smaller particles
1 Micron Filter

Next, the water is pushed into the next filter which is a gradient density 20 down to 1 micron polyspun filter. This filter traps smaller debris and microscopic impurities, resulting in significantly clearer water. This step further enhances filtration effectiveness, preparing the water for more advanced purification stages while improving overall water quality.

Stage 3

Removes chlorine, odour, bad taste
Carbon Filter
